Come join John in a morning practice to open the body and mind.  You don't need to know Lu Jong to join the class.  John will teach 21 Lu Jong movements as well as holding a regular practice. 

What to Bring:

  1. Comfortable clothes to move in such as yoga clothes

  2. Yoga mats and cushions are available at Mayu, but you may bring your own
